❗ If the illustration was not created by our team as a full-service project, we do not provide PSD layer separation or additional editing services. Clients must prepare a fully layered PSD file themselves.

If extra layer separation or edits are required for the model, please contact the original artist for further assistance.

❗ You may provide the PSD file for us to check its compatibility and determine if additional layer separation or edits are needed.

❗ If the PSD file does not meet the required standards or cannot effectively support the modeling process, we reserve the right to decline the commission.

❗ The completed work will be showcased on our personal platform as a video or image after the client’s official release.

❗ If the client is unable to release the work on time, we will publicly showcase the final product three months after the initially agreed release date.

❌ We do not accept Vtuber models created using AI-generated illustrations.

Payment Information

⭕Payment segment:

Pay in 2 installments or in one lump sum.

【Phase 1】

Email to discuss details and valuation , the client agrees and confirms the order, we will notify the client to pay a 50% deposit, and the client confirms the commission.

❗The entrustment is not established before the deposit is paid.

❗After receiving the deposit and placing the order, if the client cancels the order for some reason, the deposit will not be returned, please pay special attention .

❗When one of the contracting parties receives a deposit from the other party, it is presumed that the contract is established.

If the contract cannot be performed due to reasons attributable to the party who paid the deposit, the deposit cannot be requested to be returned. (According to Articles 248 & 249 of the Civil Code)

【Phase 2】

After the modeling is completed, a "test video" will be provided. The video file will be officially delivered only after the remaining balance is paid.

❗If you decide to cancel the commission during the production period, in addition to the deposit paid, additional fees may be incurred depending on the production progress.

Scope of Authorization

⭕ All commissions are considered commercial, and the quoted prices are for commercial use. The prices listed on the website already include basic commercial licensing.

❗ I retain copyright and publication rights. Commercial licensing does not constitute a transfer of copyright. If full ownership (i.e., copyright transfer) is required, an additional fee will apply.

📢 All forms of licensing prohibit imitation, claiming the work as your own, or misleading others into believing that the client created the work.

❗ For any unspecified details or questions regarding the commission, the client must raise them before making payment.

Production period

📆 Production will be completed within 1–2 months after your slot is scheduled.

❗ The timeline may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the project.

📆 If you are planning to place an order but the artist has not yet completed the illustration, you can make a reservation by paying a deposit. Please discuss and arrange this with us in advance.

❗ If the PSD file cannot be delivered before the scheduled production period, the reservation will be canceled, and the project will be rescheduled. Delays caused by the client cannot affect the rights of other clients.

❗ Live2D production requires multiple rounds of back-and-forth confirmation. If the PSD file is incomplete, additional mid-process modifications may be needed. Please allow sufficient time for the production process, and thank you for your understanding.

If necessary, a Discord group can be created to facilitate three-way communication.
