Detailed description of the scope of authorization
📢All forms of authorization prohibit imitation, claiming to be self-made, or misleading others to believe that the client created the work themselves.
📢Please read this page carefully before entrusting. If a paper contract is not signed, all regulations will be subject to the content of this page.
📢By entrusting the scheduling and paying the deposit, you agree to abide by all the matters stipulated in this page.
Scope of commercial authorization ( copyright authorization )
✅ Commercial use:
Use for commercial profit, such as commercial websites, commercial video materials, commercial printed materials, etc.
For example:
⭕Can be used as materials for self-made "profitable" products agreed in advance, such as physical peripheral sales.
⭕Can be used in live broadcasts, promoted on social media platforms, used to create games, or edited into videos, etc.
❗In the absence of copyright transfer (purchase) , the artist's name or social media account must be indicated when publishing the work.
✅Use of non-profit works by other people:
It can be used as a material for fan-made "non-profit" self-made works, allowing third-party creators or fans to make derivative works.
❗The default setting is "Source required" unless otherwise specified by the author.
✅ Zoomable cropping:
The finished product can be enlarged, reduced or cut according to needs.
✅Can be made public after indicating the source:
It is acceptable for the client to make it public after indicating the source.
There is no copyright transfer (purchase) commission, and the following are prohibited:
❌Please do not perform secondary processing on the original file without our prior explicit consent, such as adjusting the color, adding text, adjusting the proportion, appearance, or making other forms of changes, memes, etc.
❌You may not restrict us from publishing on personal platforms or portfolios, but you may agree on a time for us to make our works public. (The copyright of commissioned drawings belongs to the illustrator, and all drawings will be published after adding a watermark.)
❌Unauthorized resale of entrusted files is prohibited.
❗Special Notes:
❗We do not accept requests from minors/persons with limited capacity for conduct.
❗If it is later verified that the person is a minor/person with limited behavioral capacity, no refund will be given.
❗When one of the contracting parties receives a deposit from the other party, it is presumed that the contract is established.
If the contract cannot be performed due to reasons attributable to the party who paid the deposit, the deposit cannot be requested to be returned. (According to Articles 248 & 249 of the Civil Code)
Non-commercial license
✅Personal collection use:
Limited to non-profit personal collections. If you need to use the work for purposes other than personal collection, such as printing free copies to give as gifts to friends and relatives, please confirm with the author whether it is allowed and the quantity to be distributed.
✅Use of non-profit works by other people:
It can be used for "non-profit" self-made works by doujinshi, such as free doujinshi books, self-made free games, free video works, etc.
❗The default setting is "Source required" unless otherwise specified by the author.

The finished product can be enlarged, reduced or cut according to needs.
✅Can be made public after indicating the source:
It is acceptable for the client to make it public after indicating the source.
When obtaining commercial authorization ( copyright authorization ) , you still need to pay attention to:
❗In the absence of copyright transfer (purchase) , the artist's name or social media account must be indicated when publishing the work.
❗It is recommended to negotiate and determine the scope of authorized use before the commission is closed.
If you need to use the work for purposes other than those agreed upon, please consult us in advance and obtain our explicit consent. Additional fees may be incurred depending on the circumstances.
Other supplementary matters
❗For any details and entrustment questions not mentioned, please raise them before payment.
📢Commercial licensing is not a transfer of copyright. If you need to buy it out completely (i.e. transfer of copyright), there will be additional conditions such as increased fees.
