Payment Information

【Phase 1】

Email to discuss details and valuation , the client agrees and confirms the order, we will notify the client to pay a 50% deposit, and the client confirms the commission.

❗The entrustment is not established before the deposit is paid.

❗After receiving the deposit and placing the order, if the client cancels the order for some reason, the deposit will not be returned, please pay special attention .

❗When one of the contracting parties receives a deposit from the other party, it is presumed that the contract is established.

If the contract cannot be performed due to reasons attributable to the party who paid the deposit, the deposit cannot be requested to be returned. (According to Articles 248 & 249 of the Civil Code)

【Phase 2】

After the modeling is completed, a model test "video" will be provided. The model operation file will be officially delivered only after the remaining balance is paid.

Notes

❗If we do not undertake the one-stop drawing, we do not provide drawing removal and re-drawing services. You need to bring your own files of the completed drawings.

If additional [disassembly and redrawing] is required due to modeling needs, please be sure to communicate with the original V skin artist for follow-up assistance.

❗You can provide a PSD file for us to check whether it is usable and whether additional disassembly and re-drawing are required.

❗If the PSD file does not meet the standards or cannot effectively demonstrate the modeling effect, we have the right to refuse to accept the commission.

❗The work will be displayed on our personal platform in the form of video or picture after being made public by the commissioning party.

❗If the client is unable to make the announcement as scheduled for some reason, we will publicly display the finished product 3 months after the scheduled announcement time.

❌Vtuber skin models drawn using AI are not accepted.

Modification times

After modeling is completed, fine-tune 2 times

❗If the number of revisions exceeds the limit, 1 ~20% of the manuscript fee will be charged

Scope of Authorization

⭕V skin is a commercial commission, all quotations are commercial quotations, and the website price already includes [basic commercial authorization].

⭕Basic commercial authorization scope:

⭕ If you need long-term cooperation in the future (changing new clothes, adding objects, expressions, etc.), you are welcome to contact us again~

❗I retain the copyright and publicity rights. Commercial authorization is not a transfer of copyright. If you need to buy it out completely (i.e. transfer of copyright), there will be additional fees.

📢All forms of authorization prohibit imitation, claiming to be self-made, or misleading others to believe that the client created the work themselves.

Production period

📆1~3 months after the order is placed.

❗May be adjusted depending on complexity.

📆If you plan to commission Vtuber modeling, but the artist has not yet completed the illustration, you can make an appointment first (a deposit is required). Please discuss the arrangements with us.

❗If the PSD file cannot be delivered before the order is scheduled, the production appointment will be cancelled and the order will be re-arranged. The rights and interests of other clients cannot be affected due to personal factors of the client .

❗ Live2D models require multiple rounds of confirmation. If the PSD file is incomplete, it may require multiple parties to make modifications midway. Please allow enough time for the commission. Thank you for your understanding.
