【Phase 1】

Email to discuss details and valuation , the client agrees and confirms the order. Before the order is scheduled , we will notify you to pay a 50% deposit and the client confirms the order.

❗After receiving the deposit and placing the order, if the client cancels the order for some reason, the deposit will not be returned, please pay special attention .

❗When one of the contracting parties receives a deposit from the other party, it is presumed that the contract is established.

If the contract cannot be performed due to reasons attributable to the party who paid the deposit, the deposit cannot be requested to be returned. (According to Articles 248 & 249 of the Civil Code)

【Phase 2】

After the finished draft is confirmed with a screenshot and there are no issues, the remaining balance must be paid.

The drawings will only be opened after the final payment is received.

❗If you decide to cancel the commission during the production period, in addition to the deposit paid, additional fees may be incurred depending on the production progress.

The draft can be revised 4 times, and the final draft can be fine-tuned 2 times

❗The manuscript cannot be significantly revised❗ If the number of revisions exceeds the limit, 1 ~10% of the manuscript fee will be charged

⭕V skin is a commercial commission, all quotations are commercial quotations, and the website price already includes [basic commercial authorization].

❗I retain the copyright and publicity rights. Commercial authorization is not a transfer of copyright. If you need to buy it out completely (i.e. transfer of copyright), there will be additional fees.

❗If the client is unable to make the announcement as scheduled for some reason, we will publicly display the finished product 3 months after the scheduled announcement time.

📢All forms of authorization prohibit imitation, claiming to be self-made, or misleading others to believe that the client created the work themselves.
